Yesterday, Governor Brown approved the Wilton Rancheria Resort and Casino in Elk Grove, Ca. This will be the 3rd Indian Casino about 25 miles away from our residence. The completion date is scheduled for 2020.

In the meantime, Macrine and I are enjoying our weekly escapade for gambling and dining either to Thunder Valley Casino in Lincoln or to Red Hawk Casino in Placerville. During the last two weeks, we have enjoyed the gambling and dining amenities at Red Hawk.
Last week Macrine won $100 in the slots and I lost $30. However, My card has been upgraded to Platinum. It meant more benefits and higher promo free plays. I received $60 free play at Red Hawk and only $15 free play at Thunder Valley.
Last week we dined at KOTO restaurant. David ordered steak and shrimp. He said it was the best steak he has tasted for quite a while. We ordered the fried Calamari appetizer and it was good. However for our main dish. Macrine and I ordered the Beef Enchiladas. The sauce was too salty and the beef was dried and hard. There are 4 other restaurants in the Casino, including the Buffet, more expensive than the Buffet at Thunder Valley.
I think we will continue patronizing Red Hawk instead of Thunder Valley this month because of the free play I will be receiving each week.
