The six elements of Grief from my David Kessler Grief Counseling Workshop are as follows:

1. Community- Surround yourself with supporters and friends

2. Continue and Connect with your love one-via photos and other memories

3. Grief does not have to Define You

4. Threat yourself as your Best Friend and Kindness

5. Do not compare your Grief to Others

6. Count your Wins- Reading, blogging, Gardening or taking a shower is a win!
